Catch up with old friends at meet new ones, at the 6^th annual LBT Women’s Mixer at the beautiful Yale Club of NYC.   

We will be in the Grand Ballroom (floor 20), the largest room at the Club, with beautiful neoclassical architecture, an ornate, decorative ceiling and nice city views.  The Yale Club is the largest Private Club in the world.  

Last year over 400 women RSVPed to attend!

Enjoy an open bar (beer, wine, soda & juice) – and a bounteous buffet of hors d’oeuvres (including a 3’ tall chocolate fondue fountain, fruit, vegetables, cheese, dessert and more) while you mingle. We invite women from Yale, the Ivy League, Seven Sisters, Stanford, NYU, Duke, UVA, Georgetown , Williams, Amherst , UCLA, University of Chicago , William and Mary and their smart friends from any school for this spectacular evening!  All smart women are welcome.

About the Friday April 18 date: Yes, it is Good Friday (before Easter Sunday) and also the 5^th night of Passover – which isn’t perfect.  Although this is the only LBT Women’s Event on this date / weekend.

There are NO other Spring Dates where I can get the Yale Club AND not conflict with or cannibalize one of the other Community Events (Winter Heat, Stonewall Honors, Founders’ Ball, etc)  We don’t want to hurt someone else’s event -- and especially an non-profit group.  

So we took the April 18^th date.  We hope it will work for many of you (we will work with the Yale Club on some Passover-friendly food as well) and the event will move to a different date in 2015. Thank you for your kind understanding.
