NYC: LBT Women's Square Dance with Yale GALA, Inc. and Times Squares

When: Friday, January 26, 2018. 7:30 - 9:30 PM dancing - with breaks in between.
(Enter anytime after 7 PM to register, hang your coat and socialize with old & new friends)

Where: PS 3, 490 Hudson Street (between Christopher and Grove Streets), NYC.  In the large main room just past the entryway (follow the signs)

Cost: $10 cash at the door (payable to The Times Squares)

Join Yale GALA, Inc. and the Times Squares for a fun night of modern western square dancing and socializing, led by lesbian caller Pat Push, who will have us dancing right off the bat. Lessons are included (beginning at 7:30 PM): no previous experience or dance partner is needed. Wear leather- sole shoes if you can, but it is a wood floor so any kind of shoes (even sneakers) will work ok. The building is well-heated, so wear light shirts and leave your cashmere turtleneck at home. 

Dancing begins promptly at 7:30 PM so please arrive before then, if you can, to get the basic calls down, setting you up for an amazing evening of fun, with lots of dancing and laughs. By the end of the evening, you will get to meet and dance with almost everyone in the room. 

Optional drinks afterward at Henrietta Hudson (438 Hudson St, 2 blocks away)
