The Community House and Theater is on the National Register of Historic Places (run by the US Park Service) and was recently renovated and reopened in 2016.https://www.nps.gov/nr/feature/places/13000373.htm

The Cherry Grove Archives Collection is working hard to chronicle, preserve and display the colorful history of our beach haven. Cataloging images, digitizing films and restoring damaged artifacts...there's a lot involved in saving the past and making it last.
